Who do I work with?
As a freelance chef I work with marketing companies to promote different food & beverage products. I often work with Diversified Brand Activations catering at trade shows and new product launches all over South Africa. I have worked with Stella Artois, pairing food with beer during Appetite Fest 2019 and the Nedbank Gold Challenge 2019. For Motherland Coffee Company we paired dessert with their new range of single origin coffees.
